Digital products and courses are for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use and must not be copied, shared, resold or distributed.

4. Coaching, programs and workshops

Coaching, programs, speaking and workshops may have additional booking, payment or cancellation conditions. These will be provided on the relevant page, form, proposal or agreement.

TranquilPulse coaching is not therapy and does not assess, diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

Refund and cancellation conditions depend on what you purchase. Change-of-mind refunds may not be available once a digital product or course has been accessed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
