Digital Product Terms of Use

These terms apply when you purchase or access a TranquilPulse digital product or self-paced course.

Please read these terms before purchasing. By purchasing, downloading or accessing a TranquilPulse digital product, you agree to these conditions.

1. Products covered by these terms

These terms apply to TranquilPulse digital products, including:

Downloadable guides, journals and workbooks
E-books, templates, cards and digital tools
Self-paced courses and course materials
Recorded education and other downloadable resources

2. Personal-use licence

Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that product.

Ownership of the product and its intellectual property remains with TranquilPulse or the relevant content owner.

You must not:

Share your download, login or course access with another person
Copy, reproduce, modify or redistribute the product
Upload the product to another website, platform or shared drive
Resell the product or use it in paid training or commercial services
Present TranquilPulse material, frameworks or concepts as your own work

3. Payment and access

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless an approved payment plan is offered. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Access or download instructions will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering the correct email address and keeping your access details secure.

4. Refunds and technical problems

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once access has been supplied.

If a product is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, contact TranquilPulse within seven days so the issue can be investigated and corrected.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual property

Digital products may contain TranquilPulse writing, exercises, frameworks, models, graphics, recordings and other original material.

This material is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or give permission to reproduce, teach, sell or distribute the material.

6. Educational scope and results

TranquilPulse digital products and courses are provided for education and personal reflection. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or other clinical services.

Results will vary. TranquilPulse does not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, professional or health outcome.
