My life isn't a polished comeback story.
It's messy. Real. Beautiful. Brutal. I've been through childhood sexual abuse. I've rebuilt after domestic violence. I've stood in hospital gowns facing breast cancer. I've survived redundancy, burnout, and years of hiding my truth just to feel safe.
And I've reclaimed every part of myself ~ one decision, one journal page, one breath at a time.
This is why my work focuses on identity after trauma ~ not surface-level motivation, but real, sustainable rebuilding.
